Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team of offshore/near shore developers. Provide guidance on development and production support related activities
- Work with stakeholders to assess integration requirements and translate business process requirements into a detailed technical specification to meet business goals
- Develop Workday integrations using Cloud Connectors, Document Transformation, Enterprise Interface Builder, RaaS reports and Workday Studio for various functional areas including HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting
- Responsible for architectural documentation and reviewing the development of solutions specified in technical design
- Participate in proof-of-concept development, demos, and post-deployment support of cross-team integration efforts
- Perform impact analysis, enhancements, change requests, and product upgrades
- Provide production support for incident management and integration monitoring as needed
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in information technology, software development, engineering, or relevant fields
- 5+ years of experience in integration development in Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting. Workday implementation experience is preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a technical lead position
- Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex integration issues
- Advanced skills for the following Workday integration technologies: Studio, Core Connectors (including CCW and CCB), SOAP and REST APIs, XSLT 3.0, Document Transformation, Inbound/Outbound EIB, RaaS
- Advanced experience with Workday Reporting and Calculated Fields
- Knowledge of Business Process configuration and Integration Security
- Knowledge of general technologies such as Web Services, XML, JSON, SSL, PGP, SSO
- Experience with Orchestrate and Extend is a plus
- Integration testing and documentation experience, including the formation of test scenarios and ability to work with business users and vendors in a testing capacity
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, computer information systems, etc., or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
