Workday Recruiting Consultant / Senior Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Workday Recruiting Specialist with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and optimizing the Workday Recruiting module. In this role, you will collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition teams, HR Technology leaders, and external stakeholders to design and maintain end-to-end recruitment workflows, candidate portals, business processes, and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configuration & Support: Configure and manage Workday Recruiting functional components, including Job Requisitions, Candidate Applications, Interview Schedules, Offer Letters, Background Checks, and Onboarding integrations.
  

• Business Process (BP) Maintenance: Design, test, and optimize Workday Recruiting Business Processes (BPs), condition rules, dynamic assignments, and security groups.
  

• Integrations & Vendors: Manage third-party talent acquisition integrations (e.g., job boards like LinkedIn/Naukri, candidate assessment tools, background screening providers, and e-signature tools like DocuSign).
  

• Reporting & Analytics: Build custom Workday reports, matrix reports, and dashboards to track key recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and pipeline status.
  

• System Testing & Upgrades: Participate in Workday biannual release testing (R1/R2), feature evaluation, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  

• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with HR Operations, recruiters, and hiring managers to gather requirements, resolve L2/L3 production issues, and deliver functional enhancements.
