Workday Reporting & Prism Consultant

A Workday
Reporting & Prism Consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience,
specializing in designing, developing, and supporting Workday Reporting and
Workday Prism Analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on
experience in building custom reports, dashboards, discovery boards, Prism data
pipelines, and embedded analytics to enable business insights and
decision-making.

Skills and
Qualification

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a
  Workday Reporting & Prism Consultant.
  
• Design, develop, and maintain
  Workday custom reports, advanced reports, composite reports, matrix
  reports, dashboards, and discovery boards.
  
• Develop and manage Workday Prism
  Analytics data pipelines, datasets, and transformations to support complex
  reporting and analytics requirements.
  
• Build embedded analytics and
  visualizations to deliver meaningful business insights.
  
• Translate business reporting
  requirements into scalable Workday reporting and Prism solutions.
  
• Collaborate with client project
  teams, HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather reporting
  requirements and provide effective reporting solutions.
  
• Strong understanding of Workday
  reporting tools, including Custom Reports, Advanced Reports, Composite
  Reports, Matrix Reports, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, BIRT, Prism
  Analytics, and Embedded Analytics.
  
• Good understanding of Workday
  security concepts and experience configuring report security and domain
  security.
  
• Active Workday Reporting and/or
  Prism certification is preferred.
  
• Support data validation, testing,
  report reconciliation, and deployment activities during Workday
  implementations and post-production support.
  
• Conduct health checks for
  existing Workday Reporting and Prism solutions and recommend optimization
  opportunities.
  
• Work closely with
  cross-functional Workday functional teams (HCM, Payroll, Benefits,
  Financials, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, etc.) to develop
  integrated reporting solutions.
  
• Ability to analyse complex
  reporting requirements and deliver efficient, scalable reporting
  solutions.
  
• Excellent problem-solving,
  analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Strong communication, stakeholder
  management, and client-facing consulting skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple
  priorities and work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  
• Experience with Excel, data
  analysis, and reporting best practices is preferred.
  
• Ability to quickly learn new
  Workday features and reporting capabilities.
