Workday Studio Functional Consultant

Job Title: Workday Studio Functional Consultant
Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand integration and reporting requirements.


• Design and support Workday integration solutions using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday Web Services.


• Gather and document functional requirements and prepare solution design documents.


• Analyze business processes and recommend best practices for Workday HCM and related modules.


• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment of integrations.


• Support testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance activities.


• Troubleshoot integration issues and perform impact assessments for system changes.


• Participate in Workday implementation, enhancement, and optimization initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Workday Functional Consulting and Integrations.


• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.


• Strong understanding of Workday HCM business processes.


• Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design.


• Knowledge of Workday reporting, security, and data management concepts.


• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on global Workday implementation projects.


• Exposure to additional Workday modules such as Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, or Talent.


• Workday certification is an added advantage.
