Workday US Payroll Consultant

• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
  


• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a certified Workday consultant.
  


• Hands-on experience in Workday US Payroll.
  


• Partner with customers through all phases of deployment and post-production support—gathering requirements, designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions.
  


• While the initial focus will be on US Payroll, the role offers opportunities to expand into broader HCM business processes in the future.
  


• Act as a Workday subject matter expert across design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  


• Manage multiple projects independently across different phases.
  


• Lead customer sessions to analyze business needs, provide recommendations, and develop tailored solutions.
  


• Identify strategies, risks, and solution options to meet post-production requirements.
  


• Collaborate with project teams to align development with customer design decisions.
  


• Deliver regular status updates to customers, project teams, and leadership.
  


• Mentor junior consultants and actively share product knowledge to strengthen the practice.
  


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering, or equivalent.
  


• Active Workday Certification in US Payroll is required.
  


• Proven experience in US Payroll implementation and/or support with strong process knowledge.
  


• Excellent consulting and presentation skills with the ability to manage customer expectations.
  


• Strong background in requirements gathering, design, prototyping, testing, and implementation under multiple deadlines.
