Workfront Configuration Consultant

Requirements

• 3–6 years of overall professional experience.
  


• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront or comparable workflow/project management platforms.
  


• Experienced Adobe Workfront Consultant to support the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Workfront solutions.
  


• Responsible for configuring Workfront components, supporting testing activities, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with business requirements and solution designs.
  


• Configure and maintain Adobe Workfront components, including custom forms, templates, workflows, reports, dashboards, and user settings.
  


• Translate business requirements into effective Workfront configurations and system solutions.
  


• Execute system configuration, validation, and testing activities to ensure quality and functionality.
  


• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution efforts.
  


• Identify, document, and communicate configuration gaps, system issues, and enhancement opportunities.
  


• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, and project stakeholders to clarify design requirements and implementation approaches.
  


• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  


• Assist with user onboarding, training, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities to drive platform adoption.
  


• Strong experience configuring Adobe Workfront objects, workflows, templates, forms, reports, and dashboards.
  


• Good understanding of workflow management, process automation, reporting, and project governance.
  


• Experience supporting system testing, defect resolution, and UAT activities.
  


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  


• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
  


• Exposure to Adobe Workfront Fusion and basic integration capabilities.
  


• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and Scrum practices.
  


• Experience working in client-facing project environments and stakeholder interactions.
  


• Knowledge of project management, resource planning, and work management processes.
