Workfront Lead Configuration Consultant

Requirements

• 8–10 years of overall professional experience.
  


• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Adobe Workfront configuration experience, including end-to-end implementation and support.
  


• Senior Adobe Workfront Consultant to lead the design-to-configuration lifecycle of enterprise Workfront implementations.
  


• Translate solution architectures into scalable, governed, and sustainable Workfront configurations while ensuring alignment with organizational standards, best practices, and business objectives.
  


• Translate solution architecture and business requirements into detailed Adobe Workfront configurations.
  


• Configure and manage Workfront components, including custom forms, templates, workflows, approvals, reports, dashboards, portfolios, and programs.
  


• Ensure configurations align with enterprise architecture standards, governance frameworks, security requirements, and scalability principles.
  


• Manage configuration dependencies across Workfront modules and integrated platforms.
  


• Conduct quality assurance reviews to validate configurations against approved design specifications and business requirements.
  


• Lead configuration workstreams and provide technical guidance to junior consultants and configuration specialists.
  


• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, issue resolution, and go-live readiness activities.
  


• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve solution design, configuration, and operational documentation.
  


• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  


• Participate in Agile project activities, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and status reporting.
  


• Proven experience leading Workfront modules, workstreams, or project delivery initiatives.
  


• Strong expertise in configuring workflows, custom forms, templates, permissions, approvals, reports, dashboards, and resource management capabilities.
  


• Solid understanding of translating solution designs into scalable and maintainable platform configurations.
  


• Experience working within governance, compliance, and enterprise design frameworks.
  


• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and issue-resolution capabilities.
  


• Hands-on experience supporting UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live stabilization.
  


• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  


• Experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion, integrations, and workflow automation.
  


• Exposure to enterprise system integrations and API-based connectivity.
  


• Experience working with global stakeholders in consulting or large-scale enterprise environments.
  


• Knowledge of process optimization, business transformation, and operational excellence frameworks.
  


• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and project management best practices.
