Working Student: Sales Support GESKE (all genders welcome)

• Coordinating client inquiries and assisting in trade marketing, including event organization and follow-ups.
• Inputting and maintaining data in the CRM system, as well as managing documents like contracts and customer forms.
• Supporting order management, such as responding to customer emails and coordinating new orders.
• Addressing product-related customer concerns and collaborating with sales teams to resolve challenges.
• Analyzing regional market trends, preparing sales reports, and assisting in the creation of presentations.
• Organizing and maintaining sales documentation using MS Teams.

• You are enrolled in a degree program in international business administration, economics, or a similar field.
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in event or sales management, or you have completed an apprenticeship within the industry sector – that’s a significant advantage!
• You have a solid understanding of business and sales processes.
• You are eager to actively support the growth of an internationally operating company and hands-on is your mentality.
• You can communicate effortlessly in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• You are a strong communicator and a true team player.
• Proficiency in MS Office completes your profile.
