Job Description - XM Consultant

A Day in the Life:

  • Quickly become an expert on the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and related
    solutions.

  • Serve as main point of contact for clients during implementation and manage the project too
    completion.

  • Design and document functional and technical requirements and help scope projects by
    understanding timelines and work.

  • Solve complex technical implementations both independently and in a team environment.
  • Clearly communicate solutions back to clients through calls and email.
  • Train and teach clients on specific and new aspects of the Qualtrics Experience Management
    (XM) Platform and related solutions.

  • Continually adapt and develop in -depth product knowledge and learn new technologies.
  • Be a key stakeholder in building ZILL’s relationship with the client.
  • Managing implementation activities, including time commitment, budget and risk management.
  • Providing support to the project team ensuring all project documentation is current and up -to date.
  • Responding to client issues and ensuring resolution of issues.


Requirements

Experience:

  • 5 + years of experience as an Implementation consultant.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and
    cloud -based solutions, with the ability to grasp complex software and
    learn new technologies quickly.

  • Strong foundational knowledge in data
    analytics and interpretation.

  • Experience in establishing and maintaining
    strong working relationships with clients at all levels of an
    organization.

  • Prior experience working with international clients.
  • Knowledge of Survey Programming tools like Decipher and Confirmit shall be an advantage.
  • Certification or deep experience with the
    Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform is highly desirable.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer
    Science, Information Systems, or a related field; a master’s degree is
    preferred.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
    skills, with the ability to explain technical details to a non -technical
    audience.

  • Robust problem -solving abilities, analytical
    skills, and a detail -oriented mindset.

  • Agility in learning and adapting to new
    technologies and changes in a rapidly evolving industry.

  • Solid track record in project management, with
    the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining
    quality and meeting deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part
    of a collaborative team environment.
