We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Professional to manage end-to-end financial operations for assigned properties. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong compliance, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in accounting principles, a hands-on approach to financial operations, and the ability to translate numbers into meaningful insights that support sound decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for assigned properties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and collections.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and perform variance analysis to highlight performance gaps and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies, maintaining high standards of financial governance.
• Collaborate with property managers and leasing teams to support operational and financial alignment.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages for property owners, investors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor cash flow, perform bank reconciliations, and ensure optimal liquidity management.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to audit queries.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities that enhance profitability and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready financial records.
• Contribute to special projects and continuous process improvements to strengthen accounting operations.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Strong foundation in financial accounting, management accounting, and cost accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger management.
• Knowledge of tax accounting and compliance requirements relevant to property or asset-based accounting environments.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines without compromising accuracy.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
