About eGov Foundation

eGov Foundation exists to improve people's quality of life by ensuring that every citizen of this world has access to timely, efficient and effective public services. Through our open digital infrastructure and a strong global network, we are reimagining how governments deliver services across local governance services, sanitation, health, etc. For the last 20 years, we have been a catalyst for transforming services in 10+ countries, touching the lives of over 2 billion citizens.

The Role

We are looking for driven & accountable , high performing individuals who can wear multiple hats and have the ability to self-start. This program is designed to provide the cohort a practical insight into what it takes to get systemic impact on the ground.

This is a 2 Year Long rotational program across various tracks [detailed below], carefully curated to give young leaders a crash course in practicing impact. This programme will enable you to assess where your strengths lie and give you an exposure to not just diversify your skillset but also to learn from some of the smartest people in these fields.

Detailed Tracks:

1. Institutional Partnerships and Fundraising: Understanding how different institutions (governments, foundations, CSR arms, multilaterals, corporates) shape and fund systemic change, and how to build relationships with them. May or may not involve raising money directly.
2. Organizational Strategy: Defining where an organization is headed and how it gets there: vision, theory of change, priorities, structure, and resource allocation. Focuses on the big choices that keep the organization coherent and sustainable as it scales.
3. Program Capability: Building the ability to design, deliver, and improve programs that produce real outcomes on the ground. Covers program design, implementation quality, measurement, and learning loops.
4. Network Capability: Strengthening how an organization builds and works with a web of partners, communities, and peer organizations to drive change collectively. Covers ecosystem mapping, coalition building, and collaboration models that no single organization could achieve alone.
5. Product Capability & Consulting: Developing the skills to build and manage products (digital tools, platforms, or service offerings) that solve user problems at scale, and to advise others on doing the same. Blends product thinking with a consulting mindset of diagnosing needs and recommending solutions.

Exposure to social impact work is not mandatory, we are just looking for people who are looking to contribute to the society and truly believe that they can make a difference.

Who are we looking for?

1. Humility, maturity, high accountability, willingness to learn and excellent critical thinking skills are imperative to excel in this role.
2. If you are someone who enjoys a challenge but also knows when patience is the way to go - you are a great fit!
3. Passionate about working in the social impact space.
4. Open to folks with 0-3 years of experience, willing to relocate to Bangalore.
