Creating Passion: Your Responsibilities
- Maintain Accurate Records: Manage and update comprehensive purchasing records and purchase orders systematically.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports summarizing purchase activities, order values, and relevant insights.
- Execution and Monitoring: Oversee and monitor routine purchasing tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with user departments and suppliers for project-related purchasing tasks.
- Claims Management: Handle and monitor claims to factories and vendors for defective or missing parts.
- Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.
- Purchase Order Processing: Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company policies.
- Delivery Oversight: Monitor and coordinate item deliveries to ensure timely receipt.
- Specification Compliance: Ensure purchases align with specified requirements.
- Inventory Management: Plan and manage optimal inventory levels of materials and products.
- Supplier Sourcing: Identify and evaluate supplier performance
- Global Supply Chain Management: Oversee deliveries from both local and overseas suppliers.
- Compliance Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of statutory compliance related to manufacturing operations.
- Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with preference for BAAN (INFOR-LN) software expertise.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Suply Chain Management, Procurement )
Experience
- 5 to 6 years of experience in Electrical/Hydraulics/Bought out Purchases.
Preferred / Special Skills
- Knowledge of tools such as PPAP, FMEA, 8D, Power BI
- Must have knowledge about statutory compliance related to manufacturing operations.
- India taxation overview (GST, export benefits etc.)
