Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct time studies for production processes and operations using stopwatch or appropriate time-study techniques.
- Observe and record cycle times, process elements, delays, and operator activities accurately.
- Calculate allowances, performance ratings, and standard minute values where applicable.
- Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks, productivity losses, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare time-study reports, process sheets, and productivity-related reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to understand process requirements.
- Maintain routing in system.

Qualification and Education Requirements:
- B.E./Diploma (Mechanical/production
Experience:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience may apply.
- Knowledge of Fabrication and Gear Assembly.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and production operations.
- Strong communication
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic data analysis.
- Understanding of time study, work measurement, and productivity concepts
Preferred Skills / Special Skills:
- Good analytical and observation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of Time Study, Work Measurement, Line Balancing, and Standard Time calculation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on the shop floor and interact with operators and supervisors.
- Willingness to learn industrial engineering tools and methodologies.
- Ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.
