Youtube Expert

About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic, data-driven YouTube Expert to join our growing team and take charge of some of India’s most recognised YouTube channels. As a YouTube Channel Expert, you will be responsible for the growth, optimization, analytics, and day-to-day management of channels and others that fall under our content portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end YouTube channel operations, including scheduling, publishing, optimization, and community management.
  

• Use YouTube Analytics and other tools (e.g., TubeBuddy, vidIQ) to track performance, identify trends, and guide strategy.
  

• Collaborate with creative and post-production teams to ensure content is tailored for maximum engagement and reach.
  

• Devise and execute strategies to drive subscriber growth, improve watch time, and boost overall channel performance.
  

• Implement SEO best practices for YouTube titles, tags, descriptions, and thumbnails.
  

• Stay updated with the latest YouTube algorithm changes, monetization policies, and platform trends.
  

• Monitor competition and generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  

• Work closely with brand, marketing, and sales teams to align YouTube strategies with overall content and revenue goals.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing successful YouTube channels (min. 2 years), preferably in entertainment, web series, or digital IPs.
  

• Deep understanding of YouTube’s ecosystem, backend analytics, and audience development.
  

• Strong knowledge of content programming, metadata optimization, and community engagement.
  

• An analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into creative and actionable strategies.
  

• Proficiency with YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, and third-party tools like TubeBuddy or vidIQ.
  

• Excellent communication skills.
