Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ArgoCD, and GitHub Actions. Manage and optimize Kubernetes (K8s) clusters for high availability, scaling, and cost efficiency. Develop and maintain Helm charts for Kubernetes-based applications. Containerize applications using Docker and ensure secure image management. Implement and manage infrastructure on AWS (EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, etc.). Be adapt at application development using Java, Springboot, RestAPI & RDBMS Integrate and enforce code quality and security checks using SonarQube, Black Duck, and other DevSecOps tools. Monitor system reliability, availability, and performance using observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, etc.). Drive automation in deployments, infrastructure provisioning, and configuration management. Collaborate closely with development, QA, and security teams to ensure smooth delivery cycles. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across environments in production and pre-production. Contribute to defining and improving DevOps best practices and governance frameworks Kubernetes(EKS/GKE/AKS), Azure AKS, Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions CKAD, CKA, Azure DevOps and Terraform certifications are added advantages. Hands on Skills on Kubernetes or AKS Clusters Docker, Datadog, Terraform, Git, Nginx, Scripting Languages Java, RestAPI, RDBMS, Springboot Monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, CloudWatch) Understanding of networking, security, and IAM principles in cloud (Shell or Python), Helm, ACR, AKV SCRUM framework, ITIL knowledge Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong customer orientation with focus on providing solutions Ability to work both as an individual contributor and a team player International exposure through work or study experience Experience in customer-facing projects Leadership/mentorship ability to guide junior developers German Language Basics
