Job Title: SAP FICO HANA Solution Architect
Location: Bangalore / Pune / Mumbai

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO HANA Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP FICO and SAP S/4HANA, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end finance transformation projects. This role requires strong business acumen, leadership capabilities, and the ability to engage with key stakeholders to align technology solutions with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and architecture of SAP FICO solutions on SAP S/4HANA platform.

Translate business requirements into scalable, flexible, and secure technical solutions.

Collaborate with business process owners, project managers, functional consultants, and developers to ensure holistic and optimized solutions.

Define and enforce architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices.

Drive the integration of FICO modules with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.) and external systems.

Lead solution workshops with clients and provide strategic insights and recommendations.

Oversee the end-to-end implementation process including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.

Act as a mentor for junior consultants and guide them in solution design and delivery.

Provide thought leadership in SAP Finance innovation areas including Central Finance, Group Reporting, Universal Journal, and more.

Technical Skills Required:
Expert-level knowledge in SAP FICO modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA).

Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance including Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and Embedded Analytics.

In-depth understanding of financial processes, reporting structures, and statutory requirements.

Experience in SAP Central Finance and group reporting (preferred).

Good understanding of SAP Activate Methodology, Fit-to-Standard approach, and solution extensions.

Proven experience in system integration and working with interfaces (IDOCs, BAPIs, APIs).

Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications relevant to FICO processes.

Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related discipline.

SAP Certification in FICO and/or S/4HANA Finance (preferred).

15+ years of total SAP experience, with minimum 4 years as a Solution Architect in SAP FICO S/4HANA implementations or rollouts.

Experience working with clients in diverse industries and geographies.
