Job Description - Zoho Administrator

About the Role:
We are a growing startup looking for a hands -on Zoho Administrator to manage and optimize our complete Zoho ecosystem. This role involves enabling business operations, managing customer support systems, and driving process efficiency across teams.
The ideal candidate will act as the go -to person for all Zoho -related requirements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Administer and manage all Zoho applications (Zoho Creator, CRM, Desk, Books, Projects, Analytics, etc.)
* Act as the primary point of contact for all Zoho -related work and queries
* Own end -to -end Zoho Desk setup and customer support operations (ticketing, SLAs, workflows, automations)
* Design and develop applications and workflows using Zoho Creator
* Configure and manage Zoho Analytics (dashboards, reports, and insights)
* Manage and optimize Zoho CRM (modules, workflows, pipelines, and reporting)
* Configure and maintain Zoho Projects (project setup, task management, workflows, and tracking)
* Manage user access, roles, and permissions across Zoho applications
* Build and maintain basic integrations with third -party tools
* Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and business insights
* Identify process gaps and drive process improvements and automation
* Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and smooth day -to -day operations
* Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support
* Maintain documentation and follow system best practices

Requirements

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

* Hands -on experience with Zoho Creator (must -have)
* Good working knowledge of multiple Zoho applications (CRM, Desk, Projects, Analytics, etc.)
* Experience with Zoho Desk (customer support workflows)
* Understanding of workflow automation and basic integrations
* Basic understanding of reporting and dashboards
* Ability to work closely with stakeholders to understand and implement requirements
