Job Description - Zoho CRM Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the client and Zoho team to understand and implement custom functions in Zoho Books.

Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize custom codes to meet client -specific business needs.

Coordinate with Zoho support and development teams for issue resolution and feature enhancements.

Ensure timely delivery and high -quality execution of technical tasks per project specifications.

Act as the primary liaison between the client and Zoho's technical team, ensuring smooth communication and execution.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in Zoho Books customization.

Fluent in English and Hindi; proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.

Expertise in Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and their custom function capabilities.

Proven experience in managing and customizing Zoho -based applications.

Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and develop customized solutions within Zoho Books.

Experience in integrating Zoho applications with other systems like SAP and Salesforce (preferred).

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Based in Mumbai, with availability for on -site/Client visits as required.
