Zoho Developer

• Implementation and basic configuration of Zoho applications, including People, ATS, Payroll, CRM, and Creator as per business requirements.
  
• Create and manage modules, fields, forms, layouts, and reports within Zoho CRM.
  
• Develop and configure basic workflows, email alerts, field updates, and simple approval processes.
  
• Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules to ensure proper access control.
  
• Build simple forms, reports, and basic Deluge scripts in Zoho Creator.
  
• Perform first -level troubleshooting by reproducing issues and identifying whether they are due to misconfiguration or system bugs.
  
• Handle support tickets, provide, and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and assist in implementing simple solutions.
  
• Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, issues, and resolutions for future reference.
  

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Zoho applications and customization capabilities, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho People, Zoho Recruit (ATS), and Zoho Payroll.
  
• Familiarity with Deluge scripting and ability to write simple custom functions.
  
• Understanding of workflows, blueprints, roles, profiles, permissions, and HRMS configurations within the Zoho ecosystem.
  
• Basic knowledge of APIs and integrations within Zoho applications.
  
• Working knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic level).
  
• Understanding of relational databases and ability to work with basic SQL queries.
  
• Strong troubleshooting and problem -solving skills for first -level issue handling across CRM and HRMS modules.
  
• Good communication skills for handling support tickets and basic client interactions.
  
• Ability to document configurations, processes, and issue resolutions clearly
