• Assisting with scoping, designing, building and supporting projects and maintaining frequent and consistent interaction with clients
  


• Attending (and eventually leading) client scoping meetings, interpreting business requirements and client pain points into technical solution
  


• Writing professional scoping documents and quotes
  


• Maintaining follow ups and project updates between technical resources and client contacts
  


• Working with clients to set reasonable expectations of delivery timelines
  


• Scheduling, coordinating and conducting client interactions
  


• Completing reports and self-managing personal tasks schedule
  


• Multi-tasking and prioritising across a variety of internal and client-facing projects
  


• Resolving issues with end users and client contacts
  


• Testing technology and implemented solutions for quality user experience
  


• Responding in a timely manner to tasks, issues and requests
  


• Effective communication between our company and the customer
  


• Ensuring multiple project tasks are delivered within deadline and on budget
  

Requirements

We are ideally looking for someone who has service delivery experience and relevant tertiary studies. However, the primary requirements to succeed in this role are being highly organised, the desire to continually exceed customer expectations, a thirst for learning, ability to keep multiple projects under control, comfort with managing multiple tasks and priorities, and a genuine focus on the best possible commercial outcomes.
