KG CRM Solutions LLP is an IT services -based company located in Mohali, Punjab.

We are an Authorized Partner of Zoho as well to lead and deal in Zoho products PAN India. We mainly work on Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Campaign, Forms, Analytics, Flow, and Deluge.

Now, are have some openings for Software developers to work with us under one roof. It can be an opportunity to increase skills, knowledge, and salary. We are hiring Zoho Developers for our Mohali office.

Requirements

Job Description: -

Understanding of business requirements and use cases

- Applying best practices on Zoho CRM, Desk, Project, Creator, and other relevant Zoho Applications to derive the best outcomes for our clients.

- Documenting and summarizing client requirements and feedback.

- Maintain Project milestones

- Discussing and allocating work to the development team

- Certain levels of team management will also be involved.

Configuration of core Zoho Applications like CRM, Desk, Creator, Project, Campaign, etc

- Creation of reports and dashboards on all Zoho Apps, including Zoho Analytics.

Preferred Skills

- Configuration on Zoho CRM, Desk, Project, Creator, Zoho Form, Zoho Survey

- Workflow / Custom Functions / Blueprint Configuration on Zoho

- Understanding of Business Processes

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Very Good with creating reports and dashboards on Zoho Analytics.H88up

Experience: 6 months to 2 years
