As a Zoho Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients implement and optimize Zoho applications. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, configure Zoho solutions, and provide ongoing training and support.

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements.
  
• Configure and customize Zoho applications (CRM, HRMS, Projects, etc.) to meet specific business needs
  
• Develop and implement data migration plans.
  
• Train and support clients on Zoho functionalities.
  
• Maintain a deep understanding of Zoho best practices and stay updated on new features and releases.
  
• Document processes and procedures.
