ZOHO Functional Consultant

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  


• Configure and implement various Zoho applications, including CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, and others based on business needs.
  


• Analyze existing business processes and identify optimization opportunities using the Zoho ecosystem.
  


• Facilitate integration of Zoho applications with external systems through APIs and third-party tools.
  


• Develop custom workflows, blueprints, and automation within Zoho to enhance operational efficiency.
  


• Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing post-implementation support.
  


• Monitor and ensure data integrity, system performance, and reliability.
  


• Collaborate with the technical team to resolve issues and enhance system functionality.
  


• Create process flow diagrams, SOPs, and user guides for smooth handovers.
  

Requirements

• Deep functional understanding of Zoho, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, Zoho One etc.
  


• Efficient implementation, customization, and administration of Zoho and related apps.
  


• Complete knowledge of system configuration and setup.
  


• Expertise in workflows, automation, blueprints, and reporting within Zoho.
