Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Zoho Implementation Executive with 2 to 5 years of hands -on experience in implementing Zoho applications for businesses. As a Zoho Implementation Executive, you will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure seamless integration, configuration, and deployment of Zoho products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation & Integration:
- Lead the implementation of Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications for clients, including configuration, customization, and integration with third -party tools.
- Ensure smooth integration of Zoho with other business systems and tools, including ERPs, websites, and databases.
- Provide technical solutions based on client requirements and business processes.
- Customization & Configuration:
- Customize Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, and other Zoho products as per client needs.
- Perform system configuration, workflow automation, and data migration.
- Set up custom modules, fields, reports, dashboards, and user permissions.
- Client Interaction:
- Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional Zoho solutions.
- Provide training to end -users and client teams on Zoho applications and best practices.
- Offer continuous support and troubleshooting for clients post -implementation.
- Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Perform thorough testing of Zoho implementations, ensuring that all functionalities and integrations are working as expected.
- Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption for clients.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Document all aspects of the implementation process, including configuration steps, customizations, and client requirements.
- Provide regular progress reports to the project manager and stakeholders.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay up to date with the latest Zoho product updates, features, and industry best practices.
- Continuously improve implementation strategies and contribute to the overall development of the Zoho practice within the organization.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of hands -on experience in implementing and configuring Zoho applications, particularly Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Creator etc.,
- Proven track record of managing end -to -end Zoho implementation projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Zoho CRM features, customization, and automation.
- Must have ability to giving training in Virtual Mode like MS Teams, Zoho, Google Meet, Zoom call etc.,
- Experience with Zoho integrations, API, and webhooks.
- Knowledge of Zoho’s reporting and dashboard functionalities.
- Familiarity with scripting in Zoho Deluge for custom workflows.
- Client -Facing Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Ability to train and support clients post -implementation.
- Problem -Solving Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to address and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Zoho Certified Consultant (CRM, Books, or other Zoho products).
- Any relevant certifications in cloud technologies or project management (e.g., PMP, Agile).
