Zoho One Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Zoho One Project Manager to lead end -to -end implementation and enhancement projects across Zoho applications. The role involves project planning, coordination with key users, managing cross -functional teams and ensuring successful delivery aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities  

1.Project Management & Coordination  

• Lead and manage Zoho One implementation projects and guide project team members.
  

• Coordinate with key users, internal teams and external partners.
  

• Plan project scope, timelines, deliverables and resources.
  

• Track project progress, manage risks, resolve issues and handle escalations.
  

• Ensure project milestones are met and provide regular status reports to management.
  

2.Client & Stakeholder Management  

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  

• Conduct regular client meetings to share updates and gather feedback.
  

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure alignment of expectations.
  

3.Business Requirements & Design  

• Work with users to understand business processes and map them to Zoho modules.
  

• Review and approve solution designs and specifications.
  

• Ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
  

4.Risk & Escalation Management  

• Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
  

• Handle escalations promptly to minimize impact on project delivery.
  

• Maintain transparent communication on risk items with stakeholders.
  

5.Team Collaboration & Performance  

• Allocate and assign tasks based on team capacity and project priorities
  

• Review work outputs for accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
  

• Oversee timesheet submissions and approvals.
  

• Work closely with development, QA, design and operations teams.
  

6.Training & Change Management  

• Identify user training needs and manage training programs.
  

• Support change management to ensure smooth adoption of Zoho One solutions.
  

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of project management experience or atleast 2 years of development & 2 years of project management.
  

• Experience implementing Zoho apps (CRM, Books, Creator, Analytics, etc.)
  

• Zoho certifications (CRM, Books, Creator, etc.) are an advantage.
  

• Strong understanding of business processes (Sales, HR, Finance, Operations).
  

• Experience in integrations, data migration, change management and user training.
  

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
  

• Flexible with shift timings.
  

• Immediate Joiners are preferred
  

• Onsite only.
  

• Multilingual candidates who can speak English, Hindi, Kannada, or Malayalam are preferred.
