Zonal Credit Head - Midmarket & NBFC| New Delhi

• Zonal Credit Head manage a team of Credit Analysts, Approve Midmarket & NBFC cases within delegated powers.


• Responsible for quality of the Midmarket & NBFC portfolio of the region.


• Shall be able to contribute towards process/policy/product changes related to Credit.

• Forge and foster robust partnerships with business stakeholders to ensure a cohesive risk management strategy. 
• Align credit risk initiatives with partner objectives, meticulously monitor portfolios for shifts, and propose strategic interventions.
• Lead a proficient team, cultivating their expertise in credit analysis and portfolio optimization. 
• Drive policy evolution, staying attuned to industry advancements. 
• Specialize in underwriting significant transactions, adeptly navigating complex financial landscapes, and imparting wisdom to junior colleagues.

Qualifications: CA/ MBA Finance

Experience: 12 to 15 years
