We’re hiring a Zonal Sales Head for ASK Investment Managers Ltd, a leading name in the asset management industry.

As the Zonal Sales Head, your responsibilities would be:

• Leading the planning and implementation of regional distribution strategies through existing and new relationships.
  

• Driving market share and visibility among select key distributors while managing new empanelment processes.
  

• Building and supporting distribution initiatives by fostering strong relationships with high -profile partners like MNC banks and wealth management firms.
  

• Collaborating with investment and product teams to channelize market intelligence and facilitate distributor visits or calls.
  

• Ensuring seamless customer experiences by liaising with Operations and Customer Service teams while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.
  

Requirements

• Extensive experience (15–18 years) in a PMS organization or Asset Management Company.
  

• Deep knowledge and understanding of AIF, PMS, and equity markets.
  

• Proven track record of managing elite distributor relationships, specifically with entities like SCB, Citi, and Kotak Wealth.
  

• Strong individual contributor mindset with the willingness to travel across assigned locations.
  

• Excellent networking, marketing, and leadership skills coupled with patience and perseverance.
  

• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay updated on new products and industry best practices
