Panacea Biotec Pharma has recently entered into a new business of nutrition products. It has developed its own product portfolio for the nutrition segment and has set-up a dedicated manufacturing facility to manufacture these products under the brand name, ChilRunfull TM , ChilRun ® 7+, ChilRunfull ® No Sucrose. We are adding more products to expand the product portfolio and markets.

Job Descriptions
Talent acquisition:
1.1 Drive referral scheme for Employees, Distributors and from field across the Zone
1.2 Build candidate Data base for potential vacant territories across all the positions
1.3 Sourcing of right candidates as per the recruitment policy for all the Sales positions in the Zone
Attract top quality candidates appropriate to the position and company needs
1.4 Recruitment – Interview process / Salary Negotiations, closing the position.
1.5   MIS :
Presenting Recruitment MIS during the review
Maintaining & monitoring recruitment TAT
2. Field work:
2.1 Customer Connect :
Doctors, Retailers, Stockists in HQs with high attrition / low performance / Compliance issue to identify root cause and take corrective action.
Work in High performing territories understand performers and recruit better talent.
2.2 Internal Customer connect:
Ensure minimum 15 days/month JWF work:
Independent:          5 days
TBM:                        3 days
TBM + FLM:             2 days
Vacant Territories : 5 days
Focus:
Meet Doctors, retailers, Parents, kids, stockists, TBM, ABM,RBM to identify how to get highly satisfied customers and take corrective action.
2.3 Talent Scouting: other sources
Identify and connect with good candidates from other companies at Stockiest, Retailers and Dr. Clinic during field working.
2.4 monitoring of sales PROCESSes and its Compliance:
Why Why analysis and immediate action on the defaulter in consultation with Zonal Heads / HR Head – S&M / Business Head
2.5 DAILY WAR ROOM CONNECT:
“CONNECT in WAR” room Daily with all the Stakeholders for resolving field concerns, if any.
3 Create Performance Culture via Customer Satisfaction:
Take corrective action on observations made by our employees / feedback from Customers.
Some examples of creating new culture:
4. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT:
4.1 Conduct One Page Performance Appraisal (OPA) on monthly basis along with
o  SLM and FLM for TBM
o  Business Head and SLM for FLM
o  Business Head for SLM.
4.2 Identify Bottom 10% performers, recruit replacement in anticipation of their resignations. Take final decision in discussion with Business Head and Head –HR S&M.
Qualifications & Experiance
4-6 years of experience to handle Sales HR function in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry will be preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
