Job Summary
We are looking for an ambitious and result -oriented Zonal Lead to lead our Demand business across Mumbai. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding Repos' customer base, building a high -performing sales team, and strengthening relationships with enterprise customers across the region.
The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with a proven track record in B2B sales, territory management, and business development. You should be comfortable leading from the front, mentoring teams, and owning business outcomes in a fast -paced, high -growth environment.
What You'll Do
Revenue & Business Growth
- Own the revenue and business targets for the Mumbai zone.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive sustainable growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand Repos' customer footprint.
- Build a healthy sales pipeline and ensure consistent business closures.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop Area Sales Leads and field sales teams.
- Set clear performance goals and monitor individual and team productivity.
- Conduct regular field visits, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and customer -centricity.
Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Acquire and manage key enterprise and industrial customers.
- Build long -term relationships with fleet operators, manufacturing units, logistics companies, infrastructure firms, and other fuel -intensive businesses.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
Market Development
- Identify untapped markets and industry segments.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop growth strategies.
- Increase Repos' brand visibility and market penetration within the region.
Cross -functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Growth, Supply, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Support product launches, campaigns, and regional business initiatives.
- Provide market feedback to improve products and customer experience.
Business Operations
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Ensure CRM hygiene and timely reporting of business metrics.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions when required.
What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or Territory Management.
- Proven experience leading regional or zonal sales teams.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution -based sales.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data -driven decisions.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management is preferred.
- Experience in Energy, Fuel, Logistics, Mobility, Industrial Solutions, IoT, SaaS, Manufacturing, or B2B Technology will be an added advantage.
- Experience managing geographically distributed sales teams is preferred.
