  teams and resolve conflicts effectively.

  Student Lifecycle
  Management: Oversee mobilization to placement
  processes.

  Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal and
  external stakeholders.
  

• Innovation & Improvement:
  Develop new ideas for project success.
  

• Monitoring & Travel:
  Visit project locations for evaluation.
  

• Resource Optimization: Ensure
  efficient utilization of teams and resources.
  

Requirements 

• Educational
  Qualification: Computer Graduate/Post Graduate
  (Exceptional graduates with a 1-year IT diploma and strong skills
  may be considered).
  

• Experience: 12-15 years in
  any professional stream, with at least 8 years as a CSR
  Project Manager.
  

• Center Management: Experience
  in managing centers, preferably in the social
  sector.
  

• 
  Leadership: Proven ability to manage large teams across
  India.
  

• 
  Passion for Social Sector: Strong motivation to
  contribute to social impact.
  

• Organized & Structured:
  Methodical approach to work and decision-making.
