Responsibility:- Handling distributors and dealers. Appointment of Dealer in all major cities and small towns of the State. Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives. Manage and evaluate individual performances of the sales team. Forecast quarterly and annual profits. Analyse regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth. Identifying new sales opportunities and generating revenue. Achieve sales targets. Handling B2B Segment. Planning of action for achieving Sales targets. Develop & manage Dealer Network. Launching new products & market serve & handle promotional activity. Implementation of a Marketing plan. Will be handling a team of maximum 15-20 Members.
