Job Description - Zonal Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategically drive sales operations, aiming to meet and surpass sales targets.

- Build, guide, and inspire a sales team to achieve exceptional performance levels, focusing on professional growth and team cohesion.

- Forge and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within assigned accounts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

- Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and company policies in sales practices.

- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations to the executive leadership.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or relevant field. An advanced degree or MBA is highly desirable.

- At least 10 years of managerial experience in the Cardiovascular medical devices, with a proven track record in sales, preferably with stents and balloons.

- Extensive knowledge of the healthcare landscape and regulatory environment

- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn market analysis into actionable strategies.

- Flexibility for frequent travel within the region.
