Zuora Billing Consultant

We are looking for a Zuora Billing Consultant with 6–10+ years of experience in Zuora Billing implementation, configuration, enhancement, and production support. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Zuora REST APIs, Workflows, SOQL/SQL, and Zuora Object Model.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle, including product and rate plan configuration, subscription management, amendments, renewals, cancellations, invoicing, collections, payments, and revenue-related processes.

Key responsibilities include configuring and enhancing Zuora Billing solutions, developing and supporting integrations, troubleshooting billing and integration issues, performing root-cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions with minimal business disruption.

The role also requires close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, participate in solution design, testing, UAT, deployments, and provide ongoing technical guidance and support.
