Job Description:

• Having Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxes of India and Global tax for the USA, Middle East, Singapore, UK, Poland etc.
• Having good knowledge of Indian taxation for Direct Tax and Indirect Tax.
• Familiar with advanced income tax computation, tax assessment, and filing of various tax returns.
• Knowledge of tax litigations, latest tax rulings, Tax Audit and Transfer Pricing Audits, etc.
• Knowledge of Other Geo taxations Like the USA, Middle East, Poland, Singapore, UK, etc.
• Knowledge of US various tax returns forms, Estimated tax calculations, US tax returns Form 1120, FAS 109 Tax Provisioning.
• Knowledge of US various states' tax laws, computation, Delaware Franchise tax, FIN 114 for FBAR
• Knowledge of US Surveys, various states' tax payments, registration, Various state tax return filing, and tax computation.
• Tax accounting, DTA, DTL, ETR Calculations, etc.
• Preparation of various tax schedules and tax balances on a monthly basis and Provision to Return working etc.
