The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling advertising space and digital media services to businesses looking to reach our target audience. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for media and : - Prospect and qualify new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. - Understand clients advertising needs and develop customized media solutions to meet those needs. - Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our advertising platforms. - Negotiate advertising contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and creative departments, to develop compelling advertising campaigns. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities. - Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required). - Proven experience in media sales or a similar role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong understanding of digital media platforms, including social media, websites, and mobile applications. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - A self-starter with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
