Role Overview : We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Zoho CRM to enhance our operational efficiencies and customer relationship management. The successful candidate will be pivotal in optimizing our CRM system developing robust reporting mechanisms and ensuring that our business processes align with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities :

1. CRM Optimization : Implement and customize Zoho CRM to streamline customer interactions and sales processes.
2. System Implementation : Develop and integrate systems for enhanced data collection and process automation across various departments.
3. Reporting and Analytics : Design and maintain regular reporting systems to provide actionable insights into sales customer trends and operational efficiency.
4. Strategic Business Analysis : Work closely with senior management to translate business needs into system requirements and ensure that the CRM and other tools are aligned with business objectives.
5. Training and Support : Conduct training sessions for staff to ensure optimal use of the CRM system and datadriven decisionmaking processes.
6. Process Improvement : Continually assess and improve business processes leveraging CRM data to enhance organizational performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Proven experience in Zoho CRM and business systems analysis preferably within the retail sector.
• Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in data analysis and report creation.
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and a detailoriented approach.
• Superior communication skills capable of effectively articulating technical concepts to nontechnical team members.
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
