Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and management of OEM (motor insurance business), driving towards unprecedented success.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape to identify superior offerings and unearth opportunities for business expansion.
- Spearheaded sprint planning and prioritization, crafting comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to introduce groundbreaking product features.
- Champion product ideation, mapping out user journeys and defining compelling user stories.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams including claims, operations, and IT to swiftly resolve challenges.
- Oversee various aspects of product marketing to ensure maximum reach and impact.
- Understand customer and channel requirements, steering product and process enhancement initiatives.
- Devise robust product development strategies to stay ahead in the market.
Key Requirements/What It Takes:
- Expertise in crafting product development strategies and analyzing market dynamics.
- Proficiency in planning and executing promotional activities within budget constraints.
- Up-to-date knowledge of regulations pertinent to the insurance broking space.
- Hands-on experience in product development and strategic management.

Any Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the insurance or broking sector.
