Exciting Opportunity: Lead New Business Alliances in Motor Insurance as Chief Manager! 

Position : Senior Manager / Chief Manager

Location : Multiple locations including Delhi, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Pune, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, and Kolkata

Job Title : Retail Dealer Presales Tie-Up Specialist

Objective:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead our Retail Dealer Presales Tie-Up initiatives. This role holds the key to unlocking new avenues for growth and innovation within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and management of OEM (motor insurance business), driving towards unprecedented success.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape to identify superior offerings and unearth opportunities for business expansion.
  • Spearheaded sprint planning and prioritization, crafting comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to introduce groundbreaking product features.
  • Champion product ideation, mapping out user journeys and defining compelling user stories.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams including claims, operations, and IT to swiftly resolve challenges.
  • Oversee various aspects of product marketing to ensure maximum reach and impact.
  • Understand customer and channel requirements, steering product and process enhancement initiatives.
  • Devise robust product development strategies to stay ahead in the market.

Key Requirements/What It Takes:

  • Expertise in crafting product development strategies and analyzing market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in planning and executing promotional activities within budget constraints.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of regulations pertinent to the insurance broking space.
  • Hands-on experience in product development and strategic management.

Skills :

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating with diverse teams and senior management.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Strong focus on process optimization and adherence to controls.
  • Outstanding analytical prowess, coupled with effective process management and implementation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Skillful in devising strategies to enhance business performance and optimize distribution networks.

Qualification:

Any Graduate/Post Graduate

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the insurance or broking sector.
