About the company: - Our client, a frontrunner in the nation's manufacturing sector, renowned for crafting premium home comfort solutions, is in search of a Cluster Head. - They proudly dominate the market in a niche sleep product category that resonates with virtually every household across India. About the role : - Prepare, Implement, and monitor strategies to achieve targeted sales, TP, and increase market share at the zonal level on a sustainable basis by implementing policies, and schemes & introducing products to meet customer expectations. - Strategically build a Sales Team and Channel for achieving business objectives while maintaining customer relationships. Key Activities : - Develop & implement a strategic sales plan as per zonal requirements to achieve the sales targets. - Prepare a Zonal sales budget and implement the same for profitable growth and market expansion. Focus on improving Low TP products. - Develop & implement plans to promote high TP products. - Educate Distributors/ Dealers/ Sales team to sell high TP products. - Implementation of MOP System across the zone. Facilitate ZDs/ ADs/ Dealers to achieve their sales target, FGIs, QGIs, etc. - Prepare zonal-level schemes and special incentives for dealers in consultation with ZD. - Implement national level Schemes and Incentive Policies at the Zonal Level to ensure Sales Growth. - Ensure proper In-shop branding, Signage, Festival Gate/ etc. at Distributor/dealers' outlets. - Facilitate Sales team to monitor competitor's product, sales & marketing activities. Promote Institutional Sales through Channels. - Appointment of new ZDs / ADs/ ROs & MBOs Conversion of ROs to MBOs, to Exclusive & Exclusive to Shoppes, World & Galleries. - Participate in National / Regional Level Fairs / Exhibitions to promote Sales. - Implement BTL Plan Identify new business opportunities and implement action to grow the market share. Customer satisfaction: - Ensure timely end customer complaint redressal. - Visit ZD/ AD / Dealers to understand the expectations. - Plan Dealer meets. Team Development: - Conduct training for Sales Staff on Product Knowledge & Complaint Redressal Processes. - Ensure that the Sales team has the necessary resources/knowledge to perform properly. - Staff understand their KRA and are guided to achieve targets. - Develop successor for Business Continuity.
