About the role :

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and leading the full design process from ideation to production. You will draw new designs and update our current designs. During the creation process, you will ensure that our designs meeting all necessary design responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Draw, update, and maintain designs.
• Manage multiple complex projects at the same time.
• Ensure our designs meet manufacturing, technical and customer Responsibilities.
• Ensure that all design projects are completed within budget and time.
• New product design & development.
• Creating Product information documents for Existing & New products.
• Value Engineering to Reduction of material consumption to reduce cost.
• Responsible for Re- Engineering of sofas to Optimize of Material usage like sofa fabric, foam & wood.
• Creation of Backend Data for Nucleus Configurator for module creation.
• Need to work on Testing of Material library for Hinges, Drawer channels & ply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical degree.
• CAD experience.
• Proficient in Solid works.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Must Have- Experience in Furniture Industry.
