Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estate Manager located in Ranchi. As an Estate Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's properties, including residential buildings, commercial spaces, and common areas. Your day-to-day tasks may include overseeing property operations, handling tenant inquiries and issues, coordinating repairs and maintenance, managing contracts and leases, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management or a related field
• Proven experience in estate management, property management, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to property management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Sound knowledge of property laws and regulations
• Proficiency in property management software and tools
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
