• Candidates need to have accumulated 23 years of experience in retail FMCG (outlet sales) or food and beverages (outlet sales).
• They must display a comprehensive understanding of the store manager role and possess strong business acumen.
• Demonstrated success in sales and operations management including team leadership skills is crucial.
• Individuals currently serving as Acting Store Managers or Assistant Store Managers are eligible for consideration.
• The maximum limit for this position is 27 years.
