**Role Overview:**

As a Sales Business Development Executive in the Franchise Division, you will be responsible for driving business growth by expanding Phixman's franchise network. Your primary focus will be on identifying potential franchise partners, negotiating agreements, and fostering strong relationships to drive revenue and market share for Phixman.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Identify and prospect potential franchise partners within assigned territory.

2. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and market trends.

3. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand Phixman's franchise network.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, providing ongoing support and guidance.

5. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and legal to ensure smooth onboarding of franchise partners.

6. Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements, ensuring alignment with Phixman's business objectives and standards.

7. Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and training sessions for franchise partners to enhance their performance and drive business growth.

8. Monitor and analyze sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and make strategic recommendations.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.

- Proven track record in sales/business development, preferably in the franchising or retail industry.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Results-oriented with a drive to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.

- Experience in the electronics or retail sector is a plus.
