As a Graphic Designer, you'll play an integral role within the Design Production Team, reporting to the Team Lead Design Production. Your primary responsibility will be to create Amazon A+ banners and feature images for products, with intention to help customer better understand the product use, unique selling points or product features. Your inherent curiosity drives your eagerness to explore new design techniques, with a steadfast commitment to delivering designs that consistently meet the highest quality standards. You're not one to settle for mediocrity; instead, you maintain a relentless pursuit of self-improvement and knowledge sharing with your team. Embracing challenges is second nature to you, and you continuously research and apply industry best practices.
Your proficiency extends to working with templates, style guidelines, and brand books to craft engaging product banners, icons, assets, and other digital creatives. Furthermore, you excel at taking instructions and guidance from more senior designers and possess a well-established expertise in utilizing Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe software tools. Responsibilities / Core tasks
Content Creation: Developing and designing images for product content for various sales channels and platforms.
Collaboration: Working closely with clients or team members to understand their needs and deliver designs that align with the vision.
Adherence to Design Standards: Ensuring that designs meet established standards, guidelines, and best practices.
Adaptation and Localization: Resizing, adapting, and localizing designs for different platforms, languages, or cultural contexts.
Problem Solving: Identifying design challenges and providing creative solutions to address them effectively.
Deadline Management: Meeting project deadlines and managing time effectively to deliver high-quality work within stipulated timeframes.
Continuous Learning and Improvement: Staying updated on industry trends, software advancements, and design techniques to enhance skills and deliver innovative and contemporary designs. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic design, Multimedia design or/and 4-7 years’ experience in a comparable field, and an online portfolio to show for it
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creative projects.
Excellent working knowledge of Adobe CC: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Knowledge in more of the Adobe CC software is a plus (such as Flash or After effects).
Understanding of design principles: Knowledge of graphic design fundamentals, including colour, layout, typography, shape, branding.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while still being open minded and not losing sight of the bigger picture.
Strong communication skills and time-management skills
Ability to quickly learn and work with the new systems and software
Experience working with a style guide
Knowledge with Atlassian tools are a plus (JIRA, Confluence)

Available for 40 hours per week in Hyderabad, India
