Recrud is on the lookout for a Retail Head on behalf of its luxury fashion partner. This pivotal leadership role is tailored for a seasoned expert with a comprehensive background in the luxury retail sector, adept at spearheading retail operations and driving significant growth. The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of enhancing in-store experiences, managing the brand's retail presence, and contributing to the brand's overall success on a global scale. Retail Strategy and Operations:
Develop and implement comprehensive retail strategies in line with the brand's objectives.
Oversee the daily operations of retail outlets, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to brand standards. Team Leadership and Development:
Lead, inspire, and manage a dynamic retail team, fostering an environment of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
Offer mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members, enhancing their skills and career progression. Customer Experience Enhancement:
Curate and implement strategies to elevate the in-store customer experience, aligning with the brand's ethos of effortless luxury.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction. Sales Performance and Growth:
Drive retail sales growth through effective strategies, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
Monitor sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and strategic expansion. Brand Representation and Compliance:
Ensure all retail spaces accurately represent the brand's identity and values, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
Comply with all legal, safety, and company policies and procedures, upholding the brand's reputation and integrity. Qualifications
Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong business acumen and an ability to drive sales growth while maintaining brand integrity.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating and leading teams to success.
Deep understanding of customer service excellence and how to deliver superior in-store experiences.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related fields; a Master's degree is preferred.
Familiarity with retail operations and management systems.
