Position- IT RETAIL Executive

Experience-5 to 10 Years

Budget-6 to 10 LPA

Location-Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems

Assisting store team in day to day routine on all the IT queries.

Monitoring store offer’s & promotions on day to day basis .

Generating MIS reports for sales department & assisting commercial team GST reports

Tracking all tender transaction’s like CASH , CARD & UPI and updating to respective commercial team .

Coordinating with business partner for effective performance of POS software

Running regular checks on network and data security

Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides

Coordinating with store team on IT feed back to have best support on customer shopping experience

Tracking and auditing IT assets on regular basis .

Tracking performance of all hard ware systems.
