Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandising Assistant at Label Earthen. The Merchandising Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to merchandise planning, inventory management, product sourcing, and coordinating with suppliers. The role will also involve assisting in customer support and order execution and ensuring the overall time management of product planning.

operational task

1. Giving fabric cutting and order sheets to master and team to make products correctly with QC.

2. Take updates on, Tailor, embroider and printer work updates.

3. Get in touch with the direct client after receiving the order and be the point of contact till the dispatch of the order and support in case of complaint.

4. Planning and co-creating an estimation list for raw material procurement for production and sampling with the team

5. . (Fabric, Dying, printing, material requirement, and monitoring them by tracking work progress.

6. Assisting Priti Shekhar in planning the exhibition/events.

7. Keep track of delivery dates and priority orders

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical skills to analyze sales data and trends
• Customer service experience and ability to assist customers
• production experience, preferably in the retail industry
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of fashion trends and the ability to anticipate customer preferences
• Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field
