• Sales & Business Management: Own the P&L for our retail business, develop sales strategies, and track key metrics.
• Operations: Translate strategic goals into operational plans, maintain stock merchandising, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Business Development: Identify potential clients, develop relationships, and negotiate contracts to drive business growth.
• Brand: Analyze market positioning, collaborate with marketing, and maintain a strong customer focus.
• People: Build a strong sales management culture, coach and develop teams, and ensure HR policies are followed.

🎓 Desired Experience and Skills 🎓

• Education: MBA/PG in Retail Management
• Experience: 7-10 years in retail sales and operations, preferably with premium brands.
• Skills: Analytical, commercially sound, solution-oriented, excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
