Job Description:

• 8 + years of experience in working as Project Manager
  
• Minimum 2 years’ experience required in managing projects on Data Engineering, Digital Analytics, Marketing Automation or Business Intelligence projects.
  
• Mandatory experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously (both short-term and long-term projects)
  
• Experience in handling diversified team Data & Analytics team across multiple time zones
  
• Experience/Familiarity in handling projects involving PII/PHI data and implementing SOC2 compliance and processes is a huge plus
  
• Identify project goals, timeline, budget, and resources deployment schedule.
  
• Create high level project plan that includes project Goals, Delivery Process (Scrum or Kanban), road map, Timeline, Reporting, Quality, and Risk control.
  
• Ensure project plan provides the services offered by the PMO.
  
• Get project plan sign off from project stake holders.
  
• Assume scrum master responsibilities for the project.
  
• Setup and manage day to day PMO process and tools for the project.
  
• Manages internal and external project communication.
  
• Manage smooth operations of multiple projects through process enforcement and metrics monitoring.
  
• Coordinate and help all project stake holders to resolve impediments.
  
• Identify, manage and mitigate risks where available during the project lifecycle.
  
• Conduct project stake holder meetings and report project progress.
  
• Manage and maintain project scorecard dashboards for multiple projects.
  
• Capture project management lessons learned and help PMO practice lead to improve PMO process.
  

Skills & Experience Required

• More than 5 years of experience as Scrum Master and Project Manager.
  
• Extensive experience with Jira and familiarity with editing project workflows, ticket types, board views, and filters.
  
• Certified in Scrum Master (CSM) / PM is plus.
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Strong drive to excel professionally, and to guide and motivate others
  
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  
• Proficiency in Excel 
  

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of R and SQL, familiarity with any D&A tools (e.g. Tableau, SAS, Adobe Analytics, Marketing Automation tools, etc.)
  
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management, or a related field
