Flexmoney was instrumental in helping define and establish the “Cardless EMI” category and payment checkout option with lenders and online merchants in the Indian market, enabling lenders to offer a completely digital transacting credit instrument to pre-approved users without the need for a credit card relationship. Our “Cardless EMI” platform powers this payment option at over 65,000 online merchants (including marquee merchants such as Flipkart, Amazon, MakeMyTrip etc) and has enabled our lending partners (such as HDFC, ICICI, Kotak Mahindra Bank & ICICI Bank amongst others) to rapidly issue over 45 Mn+ Cardless EMI transacting credit lines to their existing customers.

The next phase of Flexmoney’s growth is to expand beyond online “Cardless EMI” payments. To that end we are developing a new digital Universal Affordability Platform that enables omni-channel, seamless multi-lender 360⁰ embedded finance and associated services across every potential commerce channel and customer touch point (online, in-store/in-branch, telesales and agent assisted sales) as well as tailored credit products and deep vertical solutions for multiple finance-led aspirational consumption segments (such as Edtech, Travel, Home & Furniture, Insurance, Mobiles, Home Appliances, Health & Wellness amongst others)

Role Description:

As an Origination Operations Executive, you are required to…

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads for Loans will be originated from various sources and will be assigned to the Origination Operations Executive (OOE). Loans can be Consumer loans or Personal loans in nature. OOE has to understand where, in the journey, the customer is stuck, and help the customer accordingly to get the step completed. This he/she can do using available tools in our product or by calling the customer and assisting him/her. This can be one single step or the entire loan journey as per the wish of the customer. On some occasions, the OOE will need to connect to merchants also, to seek help in reaching out to customers. Will have to maintain every call record as required by company, and data backups as required based on company policies.

What we look for:

• Experience required: Around 2 years or more in loan processes with NBFCs (Like Propelld, Eduvanz, L&T, ABFL etc) or platforms (Like Bank bazar, Paisa bazar etc). Must have experience in End to End loan fulfillment process

• Educational qualification: Graduate

• Mandatory experience in setting up mandates, completing KYC process either through eKYC or OKYC or Video KYC Digi-locker will be required, as these will be required on almost every call
