Packaging and Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Packaging and Graphic Designer to play a key role in creating a cohesive brand experience across various touchpoints. You will be responsible for creating eye-catching designs for the brand that reflects our brand identity and values, from packaging to print and online collateral. Additionally, you will be instrumental in developing engaging social media assets and contributing to the design of our webpages.

Branding and Visual Identity:

• Develop and maintain Earthside Farms' visual identity across all touchpoints, including packaging, presentations, social media, webpages, and print collateral such as brochures, banners, booths, etc.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with Earthside Farms' values and messaging.
• Continuously evolve and refine the brand's visual identity to stay relevant and engaging to consumers.

Packaging Design:

• Conceptualize and create packaging designs that communicate the natural goodness and quality of Earthside Farms products.
• Develop visually compelling packaging solutions that stand out on shelves and resonate with our target audience.
• Ensure packaging designs comply with industry standards and regulations while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to execute packaging designs effectively.

Social Media Assets:

• Create engaging and visually appealing content for Earthside Farms' social media channels, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets.
• Develop creative concepts for social media campaigns and promotions to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to optimize content performance.

Web Design:

• Design and optimize webpages for Earthside Farms' website to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to create visually stunning and user-friendly webpages that showcase Earthside Farms' products effectively.
• Ensure webpages are mobile-responsive and optimized for search engine visibility.

Print and online collateral:

• Design and optimize various print collateral to enhance Earthside Farms' presence for consumers at various retail touchpoints such as booths, displays, banners, etc.
• Create design assets to support various initiatives by other departments such as sales brochures, business cards, product sheets, etc.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design
• Proven experience in packaging design, with a strong understanding of printing processes and materials, as well as 3d renders of packaging
• Experience with social media content creation (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) is a plus.
• Familiarity with web design principles and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is preferred.
• Video shoot and editing skills is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and a good understanding of branding.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.

This is a fully remote full-time position.
